A 30-minute video call where you show us your website and we give you a price to fix it. You pay online when you book. If you hire us for the repair, the $25 is credited toward it.

CVK Group LLC is a Wyoming company. We sell our services under the name PHP Patch. We find and fix security problems in business websites, and clean up and restore sites that have already been hacked.
What we sell
All of our services are sold to businesses through phppatch.net. Prices are in U.S. dollars.
Website security repair
Fixed price, agreed up front
We fix the security problems in your website for you, whoever hosts it. We agree on the price and the work in writing before anything starts.
Hacked site cleanup and recovery

If your site has been broken into, we remove what the attackers left behind, close the way they got in and restore your data where it can be recovered.
How buying works
- You book and pay for an estimate call at phppatch.net.
- On the call, we look at your site with you and give you a price.
- If you accept, we confirm the price and the work in writing and send you an invoice.
- We do the work and tell you when it's done.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
Refunds, cancellations and disputes
This is a summary. The full rules are in our Terms of Use, which apply to everything we sell.
- Estimate calls
- The $25 fee is non-refundable once paid. If you need a different time, cancel before the call starts and book a new time with the same payment at no extra charge. Once the call time has passed, the payment is used.
- Repairs, before work begins
- If you cancel before scheduled work starts, we refund what you paid in advance, less any payment processing fees that can't be refunded.
- Repairs, after work begins
- Fees for work already done are non-refundable. If you cancel a fixed-price job partway through, you pay for the work done so far and we refund any prepaid amount for work not done.
- If something isn't right
- If the work we delivered doesn't match what we agreed, tell us in writing within 14 days. We will fix it at no charge or refund what you paid for that work.
- Disputes
- Please contact us first at hello@phppatch.net before disputing a charge with your card company. We reply within one business day.
Who we work with
- We sell to businesses and professionals only, not to consumers for personal use. You must be at least 18.
- We do not provide services to anyone located in Wyoming.
- We do not provide services to, or accept payment from, anyone on a U.S. government restricted-party list or located in a country or region under comprehensive U.S. sanctions.
- We only work on systems you own or are authorized to let us access.
